The ‘Doc’ Who Rocked – Dr Amit Jain, Professor working in Department of Surgery, had recently featured in Indian Express on Oct 1, 2022 in column of Express focus
Dr Amit Jain had laid down the first principle and practice of Diabetic foot from India and is the original Founder and Father of Modern Diabetic Foot surgery as per published literature.
Also, as a mark of respect, Brindhavvan Areion Hospital has named one of the wings as “AMIT JAIN’S INSTITUTE OF DIABETIC FOOT AND WOUND CARE”, as a mark of respect for the phenomenal dedicated work done by Prof Amit Jain.
