Thyroid Awareness Program

Department of Biochemistry & Community Medicine are conducting a “Thyroid Awareness Program” Date : 12.07.2019 Venue: RPS Childrens School (Dhoddaladamara) View Gallery An awareness campaign was organized by Department of Community Medicine in coordination with Department of Biochemistry on thyroid disorders. Programme was conducted on 12th July 2019 in R.P.S children school, Doddaladamara. Health education was given to the 8th,9th and 10th standard students on the signs and symptoms of Thyroid disorders Students were educated regarding prevention of thyroid disorders and the risks posed by dental X-rays and. A role play was done by IVth term students about thyroid disorders and posters were made and displayed to the students.
