World Environment Day – 2023
On the occasion of ‘World Environment Day’ which is observed worldwide on June 5th every year, the Department of Community Medicine, RRMCH conducted a poster competition for the UG students and a Signature Campaign to pledge against plastic use at the college lobby on 5th June 2023. This year’s theme is “Beat Plastic Pollution”.
The members present were Dr. Sathyamurthy – Dean, Dr. Bandari – Vice Dean and Dr. Praveen – Vice Principal. The program was inaugurated by the leads and around 20 students participated in the poster competition out of which 6 were selected by the judges. The selected entries were awarded with books by JP Brother’s publications.
