A CME on Cervical Cancer Awareness & Hpv Vaccination

The guest speaker for the CME was Dr. Bafna U.D, Professor and HOD, Kidwai Institute of Oncology, Bangalore. Dr. Nagarathnamma. R, Professor and HOD, department of OBG, highlighted audience about the problem of carcinoma cervix, availability of vaccine and preventive methods.

Speaker gave a great lecture on Pathogenesis of cancer cervix, awareness of HPV vaccine, schedule & efficacy of vaccine.

Around 350 people attended the lecture which included medical staff, nursing staff, dental staff, paramedical staff and students. There was active participation from the audience. ​
