C Shanmugam, Founder Chancellor, RajaRajeswari Group Of Institutions These tough times call for humanitarian outreach and the Chairman of RajaRajeswari Group Of Institutions Dr. A. C. Shanmugam has always been in the forefront of reaching out to the downtrodden. Under his guidance, RajaRajeswari Medical College and Hospital has been distributing every day thousand food packets along with stitched masks for the nearby villagers. The vehicle containing the food has been providing the food and the masks to the needy regularly.
