Anti-Ragging Awareness Program
RajaRajeswari Medical College and Hospital successfully conducted an Anti-Ragging Awareness Program on 14th August 2025 at Kadamba Hall, reaffirming the institution’s commitment to a safe, respectful, and inclusive campus environment.
The event was honored by the presence of Smt. Anita B. Haddannavar, IPS as the Chief Guest. She was joined by special invitees Sri Basavaraj Teli, ACP, and Sri Manjunath Huggar, Police Inspector. All the dignitaries were warmly welcomed and felicitated by the college management and staff.
In her keynote address, Smt. Anita B. Haddannavar spoke about the serious consequences of ragging—both legal and emotional—and encouraged students to uphold values of respect, empathy, and unity. Her words served as a powerful reminder of the shared responsibility in maintaining a ragging-free academic environment.
The program concluded with a high tea, fostering further dialogue between students, faculty, and the distinguished guests.
