CME cum Slide seminar

Department of Pathology has organised a CME cum Slide seminar on Date : 31st Dec 2019 Time : 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm Venue : College Board Room Speakers : Dr. Vanishree and Dr. Shilpa, Consultant Pathologists, HAL Hospital. ALL ARE CORDIALLY INVITED About the Programme: A CME with Biopsy Review was held in the Department of Pathology on 31st December 2019. Dr. Vanishree and Dr. Shilpa, consultant pathologists from HAL Hospitals, were the guest speakers. All postgraduates and faculty from the department were in attendance. A luncheon was arranged by the department for all teaching and non- teaching staff of the department. This was followed by the academic session. The speakers were invited and introduced by Dr. Prakash CJ, Professor, Department of Pathology. Interesting histopathology and hematology slides were earlier shared by the visiting faculty for viewing by the postgraduates as part of the biopsy review. The same were discussed in great detail, from examinations point of view. The session lasted for two hours. This was followed by high tea. The postgraduates were highly receptive and the session was appreciated by them for the exposure and one on one discussion. Dr. Usha Ramachandra, Director of PG Studies, thanked the speakers and handed over the mementos as a token of appreciation.
