CME on Blood Transfusion in Clinical Practice

Department of Pathology is conducting a CME on Title : Blood Transfusion in Clinical Practice Date : 19th Aug 2022, Friday Time : 10:00 am to 1:00 pm Venue : 4th Floor, Lecture Hall – College Building Speaker: Dr. Ashish Dhoot ALL ARE CORDIALLY INVITED A Continuing Medical Education on “Blood Transfusion in Clinical Practice” was organized by the Department of Pathology on 19th August 2022. Dr Ashish Dhoot, consultant head, HCG Blood Centre and Stem cells, was the chief guest and the speaker. Registration of delegates commenced at 9 30 AM, followed by lamp lighting by the dignitaries. The scientific program was planned in 2 sessions: • Session 1: 10 30 AM to 11 15 AM- “Massive Transfusion Guidelines and Strategies” • Tea break • Session 2: 11 30 AM to 12 30 PM- “Acceptable Blood Group Switches in Routine and Emergency” Both the sessions were engaging and interactive, with enthusiastic participation by the delegates. Nearly one hundred and forty registrations were recorded, including faculty and post graduates from RRMCH, other medical colleges and blood centres. The program was closed with vote of thanks.
