Department of Pediatrics – IAP & BPS PG teaching programme

Department o Pediatrics has organised a case presentation on …….. Title : IAP Date : 21.03.2021 Time : 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Venue : Kadamba Hall (College Auditorium) Speakers : Dr.Ravikumar and Dr.Kishore ALL ARE CORDIALLY INVITED
On 21st March 2021 Department of Pediatrics, RRMCH had organized a Post Graduate Teaching Programme in association with IAP-BPS Bangalore at RRMCH.
The programme started at 9:00 am with registration, followed by main programme with Inauguration and welcome speech by Dr. Adarsh E, HOD & Prof of Department of Paediatrics,RRMCH. In his talk he highlighted the importance and beneficial aspects to PG students which will be gained from this programme. There was a CNS case presentation by Dr. Lavanya with 2 honorable speakers from outside- Dr. Ravikumar MRCPCH, CCT in Paediatrics, Pediatric Neurologist and Neurodevelopment Specialist; Dr. Kishore, Pediatric Neurologist.
The entire programme was moderated by Dr. Adarsh E, Dr. Sahaya Nirmala with multidisciplinary approach team reviews by Mr.Santhosh, Occupational therapist who demonstrated interventions and therapies and Mrs. Latha Kumari, Child psychologist demonstrated Neurodevelopment assessment. Further Mrs. Janaki, Special educator highlighted about early identification and intervention in high risk babies.
The programme was also accompanied by Dr. Mallikarjuna H.B Professor, M.S. Ramaiah Hospital, President IAP-BPS Bangalore. The programme concluded by a vote of thanks by Dr. Ravali. The entire programme was sponsored by Aristo Pharmaceuticals and was organized by Dr. Rakshitha making this programme a successful event.
