Teacher’s Day is celebrated in India on September 5 every year – the birth anniversary of former President Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan – to honour the Gurus and the teachers who guide us in our lives and show us the correct path. Teacher’s Day is being celebrated in India since 1962.
