HIV Awareness Campaign

An awareness campaign on HIV was conducted by Department of Community Medicine in the Field practice area of Rajarajeswari Medical College and Hospital. The campaign was coordinated by Dr Santhosh,Dr K.Vidusha. MBBS students of third term prepared Health education material and addressed the audience on HIV. The high school and PU college students were given health education on aspects of routes of HIV/AIDS transmission,preventive measures, stigma and discrimination. The audience enthusiastically participated in the interactive sessions. The program concluded successfully.
