INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY -2018

International Day of Yoga at Rajarajeswari Medical College and Hospital

As known earlier to all of us yoga is considered as a holistic approach to health and wellness for body and mind as well.

RajaRajeswari Medical College and Hospital, observed International Day Yoga on 21st of June 2018, Thursday with lot of enthusiasm and Interest. The session was scheduled at 11:00 at the college auditorium.

Renowned Yoga teacher Mr. Venkatesh P. C from the Art Of Living Center and a Mechanical engineer by profession, an entrepreneur, Director at the SVT Pvt Ltd., former Cricketer, captain of the Karnataka state team graced the occasion highlighting the importance of practicing Yoga on a daily basis and stressed the need to incorporate it in our routine and enlightened the audience on the significance of the Day. The teacher then started the demonstration of simple Yoga asana. The teacher was felicitated and thanked for his valuable teaching.
