Mortality Meet for the month of December 2015

1.Mortality meeting for the month of December 2015 will be held on 11th December 2015 at 2:30 pm in college Auditorium. (Kadamba Hall)

2.The following two cases will be discussed:-
a) Mr Krishnappa 48 yrs/Male I.P No:- 32409. By the department of Medicine and Anesthesia.
b) Mr. Parashuram 38 yrs/Male I.P No:- 26015. By the department of Neuro Surgery and Anesthesia.

3.The Chairperson for the meet will be :-
a) Dr. M.V. Krishna: HOD, Dept of Medicine
b) Dr. Sahajananda: HOD, Dept of Anesthesia
c) Dr. Dibanath Chakravarthy: HOD, Dept of Neuro Surgery
