1st World Congress on Eustachian Tube Research and Interventions, held from
11th to 13th April 2025 at the prestigious
Intercontinental Hotel, Dubai Festival City, Dubai, UAE.
Amongst
35 distinguished Faculty from across the globe,
Dr. Dinesh Kumar was one of only
four faculty members representing India, marking a significant
achievement for the nation and our institution.
At this landmark global congress, Dr. Rajendran Dinesh Kumar delivered an invited lecture on the topic:
“High-Resolution Computed Tomography Study of the Length, Width & Angle of Eustachian Tube in Normal Ear and in Chronic Otitis Media.”
His research presentation was highly appreciated by international peers, and it showcased innovative insights into imaging-based anatomical variations critical to the diagnosis and management of Eustachian tube dysfunction and chronic ear diseases.
The congress brought together leading researchers, clinicians, and innovators, setting a new benchmark for advancements in Eustachian tube science and intervention strategies.
Dr. Rajendran Dinesh Kumar’s participation at this prestigious global platform stands as a testament to his academic excellence, clinical expertise, and commitment to advancing ENT research.

20th Annual Meeting of the Middle East Academy of Otolaryngology, held from
11th to 13th April 2025 in Dubai, UAE.

Dr. Rishab Kumar (2nd Year PG) presented his e-poster titled
“Sealing the Gap: Customized Tissue Adhesive Revolutionizing CSF Leak Repairs in ENT Surgeries.”

Dr. Aditya Anthony Arnaldo Fernandes (2nd Year PG) presented his e-poster titled
“Bronchoscopic Foreign Body Removal from Right Bronchus.”
Both residents were recognized for their efforts and received an additional
500 AED cash award along with a 30% waiver on their conference registration fees, acknowledging their active participation.
They were guided and accompanied by
Dr. Rajendran Dinesh Kumar, Associate Professor, Department of ENT & Head and Neck Surgery, who also represented India as a Faculty Speaker at the
1st World Congress on Eustachian Tube Research and Interventions during the same period at the
Intercontinental Hotel, Dubai Festival City.

We are delighted to announce that Dr. S. Navaneetha Krishnan, Final Year Postgraduate from the Department of Pediatrics, has earned a prestigious accolade at the First International Conference on Neo-Hemodynamics 2025, held on April 20, 2025, at Vydehi Medical College and Hospital.
Dr. Navaneetha Krishnan was awarded a Prize in the Award Paper Presentation Category for his groundbreaking research titled:
“Early postnatal colour doppler changes of Anterior Cerebral Artery in Neonates receiving delivery room resuscitation.”
This study highlights critical insights into cerebral hemodynamics in neonates and emphasizes the importance of early postnatal assessment in improving outcomes for newborns requiring resuscitation.
