Sri Rajarajeswari Temple Puja

Date: 17th March, 2024 to 19th March, 2024 Our holy tradition continues: With another year RRMCH is proudly organizing Varushabishekam of Goddess Sri Raja Rajeswari at the temple located in the premises of RRMCH. To pay our respect the 10th Varushabishekam program is being organized on a grand scale from 17th March, 2024 to 19th March, 2024. The devoted programs include Ganapathi Homa, Vasthu Homa, Sudarshana Homa, Navagraha Homa, Saraswathi Homa, Lalitha Sahasranama Parayanam, Chandi Home, Chandi Avahana & Parayanam and Kalasabhishekam followed by Maha Prasadam. Everyone is cordially invited to attend the puja and receive the prasadam.

Basic Neonatal Resuscitation Training Program for Interns – 2024

We the department of Paediatrics under the leadership and Guidance of our beloved professor and HOD Dr Adarsh.E, MS Dr Praveen and DEAN Dr Sathya murthy and with the help of Dr Malavika Associate Professor of Paediatrics organised the Basic NRP program for interns according to NMC guidelines with our renowed NRP trainers in the skill lab from 26/2/24 to 6/3/24 The program began with a welcome address by Dr Adarsh E. Followed by a brief introduction to NRP, the importance of NRP. A total of 250 interns were divided into 9 batches marking 30 per day. Through this programme all the interns before completion of their internshipwill be trained on how to resuscitate the newborn which includes: the basic preparation of labour room, counseling the parents in high risk pregnancy, basic resuscitation of the neonate, and more. The prime purpose of the drill will be to ensure that all interns post completion of MBBS course would be certified as basic NRP trainees all ready for resuscitation. Followed by this drill interns will be given hands on experience to acess the knowledge about the NRP. Each session was concluded with a pretest, posttest, question and answer session to clear doubts if any.

Women’s Day Celebration at Channasandra – UHTC – 2024

Health Awareness Program on International Women’s Day 2024 Celebration In UHTC, Channasandra on 14/03/2024 On the occasion of International Women’s Day 2024, a health awareness program was conducted by the Department of Community Medicine on 14th March, 2024 at UHTC Channasandra.The program was presided by Dr. Shashikala Manjunatha (Professor and HOD, Dept. of Community Medicine), Dr. Roopakala (Professor, Dept. of OBG), Dr. Manasa A.R (Assistant Professor, Dept. of Community Medicine), Dr Padma, Medical Officer, RMAMH – UHTC, Channsandra and Mr. Pradeep, representative from Muttappa Attavar Trust. In concurrence with the theme of International Women’s Day, the students from nursing college actively participated and educated the audience about the Inspiring Women of India using posters. Dr.P Sri Harshitha (Post graduate), Dr. Sanjana (Post graduate) and staff of UHTC actively participated and co-ordinated the program. Around 70 beneficiaries attended the program. Refreshments & transport were arranged by RRMCH & Rotary International. The program concluded successfully.

Date: 13th March 2024 On the occasion of International women’s Day 2024 Health awareness program was conducted by Department of Community Medicine at RHTC Chunchanaguppe on 13thMarch 2024. The program was presided by Dr. Shashikala Manjunatha (Professor and HOD), Dr.K.S.S.Vidusha (Associate Professor), Dr. Thejaswini (HOD of Community Nursing). In concurrence with theme of International Women’s Day the students from nursing college participated with great zeal and enthusiasm. They educated the audience about the Inspiring Women of India using posters. Dr. P Sri Harshitha (Post Graduate), staff of RHTC actively participated and co-ordinated the program. The program concluded successfully.
