The CPR committee in association with Quality Cell conducted training program for Paramedics, Drivers, Security personnel, Office Assistants, Supervisors, students, Computer operators, Patient bystanders (Lay public) and group D workers. A total of 280 members attended the program.
CPR video provided by NBEMS was displayed for the above audience, which lasted for 20 min, which was followed by an interactive session with the nodal officers in the local language (Kannada) followed by Hindi. We also used manikin for simulation of real life cardiac arrest conditions and its correct management according to AHA guidelines.
An overview of the steps, equipment used for early patient resuscitation and use of AED as per recent AHA guidelines was given.
Hands on training with manikins Basic Life Support were done under the guidance of Dr. Sahajananda.H, Dr. Sowmya MJ, and Dr.Rashmi.
The training was very effective and responsive.

70th annual national conference of Anesthesiologists ISACON 2023 held at Gurgram, Haryana. She was selected amongst 4000 participants all over India.
