PTM – 2021-2022

The Parent Teacher Meeting for I MBBS students 2021-22 batch was conducted from 27th June 2022 to 1st July 2022 at Kadamba Hall, RRMC&H between 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. The welcome speech was given by Dr.Manjula K S, PTM committee chairperson. Inaugural speech was given by our Dean, Dr. Satyamurthy. B.This was followed by the interaction between parents and teachers. One to one interaction of the parents with the concerned HODs along with the respective mentors was done regarding the academic performance in I Internal Assessment, behaviour, attendance and areas of improvement was also discussed. Wardens of both Boy’s and Girl’s hostel were present during the interaction. Refreshments was arranged during the PTM session. The table below shows the number of parents who attended the PTM for all the 5 days.

At the end of the Parents Teachers Interaction, a feedback form was collected from all the parents and the outcome analysis was done by Dr. Mangala. S, PTM committee- Member coordinator. The PTM conducted was very well appreciated and acknowledged by all the parents, HODs and mentors on the successful completion.
