RRMCH Students win the Hearts and the Trophy Once again !
The students of RRMCH went to SDUMC, Kolar and participated in Plexus, 2015. Both the cultural team and sports team with their combined efforts made this attempt a success and placed Runner’s up, overall. The other participating colleges in the fest were SDUMC, JNMC, JSS, St. John’s, PES Kuppam, MVJ amongst others.
The cultural team sent participants for all events including music, dance, literary and dramatic events. Priyadarshini Ashok emerged winner for both eastern and western solo singing. Shohom Kar placed second in western solo singing, third in poetry, second in duet singing with Priyadarshini, third in debate with Vishnu Naidu. Sri Vatsa and Meenakshi placed and won in every art event that they participated in. The dramatics team also placed second in Variety Show. In a nut shell, the cultural movement was a big success and RRMC overwhelmed the judges and the crowd with their performances.
The sports team of RRMCH participated actively in all sports events including football, volleyball, basketball, tennis and chess. The football team of RRMCH, RGUHS zonal champions of 2015, with their intense training before the tournament made it through the qualifying rounds and made it to the semi finals of the tournament.
Thus with the combined efforts of both the cultural and sports team of RRMCH, and the support of our cultural secretaries, The Dean and the Executive Director, participation in Plexus 2015 was a big success and an accomplishment of its kind.
