World Anesthesia Day

On occasion of “World Anesthesia Day” like every year, ISA Bangalore had organized the world anaesthesia day celebrations this year as well on 16th October 2015 at Siddhartha Hall, Hotel Lalith Ashok, Kumara Krupa High Grounds.

The following was the program schedule: 06:00 PM- 06:30 PM: There was a talk on “Work-Life Balance” by Dr Muralidhar Thondebhavi, Apollo Hospitals, Bangalore

06:30 PM- 07.00 PM: Felicitation of Dr Narasimha V, Senior Consultant Anaesthesiologist and Dr H Sahajanand, Professor & HOD, Department of Anaesthesiology, Raja Rajeshwari Medical College & Hospital by ISA, Bangalore was organized.

07:00 PM – 07:45 PM: Award function and felicitation of Dr AM Jagadeesh, Professor of Anaesthesiology, Sri Jayadeva Institute of Cardiology, Bangalore and Dr GS Venkatesh, Director, Advanced Research Wing, RGUHS, Bangalore by Apollo Hospitals, Bangalore was held in the adjacent hall as part of the International Patient Safety Conference.

The venue and dinner sponsorship was generously provided by Apollo Hospitals and Neon Laboratories has partlysupported ISA, Bangalore for this function

The program was a grand success.

Dr. H. Sahajanand, Professor & HOD, Department of Anesthesiology, Raja Rajeshwari Medical College & Hospital, Bangalore was awarded with a “Lifetime achievement award for his services in the field of Anesthesiology” by ISA. (Indian Society of Anesthesiologist, Bangalore)
