ACLS, BLS & PALS Training Program Conducted at RRMCH
A comprehensive ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) training program was successfully conducted at Rajarajeswari Medical College and Hospital (RRMCH) on 27th and 28th March 2026 at the Skill Lab.
The program was organized by the Department of Emergency Medicine, RRMCH, in collaboration with the Quality Cell, RRMCH, and in association with IIEMS, Kottayam.
The event was inaugurated by Dr. Sathyamurthy (Dean), Dr. Praveen Kumar (Medical Superintendent), Dr. Ambareesha M (Head, Department of Emergency Medicine), and Dr. Sahajananda H (NABH Coordinator). Mementos were presented to all course instructors as a token of appreciation for their contributions.
The workshop saw enthusiastic participation from postgraduate students, reflecting a strong interest in advancing emergency care competencies.
Training Highlights:
• Sessions were conducted by AHA-certified instructors from various locations.
• Training included both hands-on practical sessions and theoretical instruction.
• Content was delivered in accordance with the latest American Heart Association (AHA) 2025 guidelines for ACLS and BLS.
• Each session concluded with theory and practical examinations.
• Successful participants were awarded certificates issued online.
