Awareness Campaign on HIV/AIDS

An awareness campaign on HIV/AIDS was organized by Department of Community Medicine in Rural Health Training Centre, Chunchunakuppe. House to house health awareness campaign was done in Ajjanahalli. Health education on aspects of routes of HIV/AIDS transmission,preventive measures, stigma and discrimination was given. IEC materials were distributed among the villagers.The campaign was coordinated by Dr Shyam AC,Dr K.Vidusha,Mr Ramesh and the field staff of RHTC Chunchunakuppe.
