Book Exhibition
The RRMCH Central Library had organized, “Book Exhibition” on 28th & 29th of March 2019 in order to educate students and faculties towards latest editions books/titles based upon recent publications and trends with the permission of Executive Director, Dean & Chairperson of Library Advisory Committee in association with the following Publishers/Distributors (1) Jaypee Brothers Medical Publishers & Distributors Pvt. Ltd., (2) Elsevier & Wolters Kluwer (Brilliance Publishers & Distributors Pvt. Ltd.) & (3) Kiran Book House. Librarians are not knowledge keepers they are knowledge builders, they are cultivators and facilitators to thrive in an information rich world. The Book Exhibition provided a platform for students as well as faculties to directly interact with different publishers. Nearly 239 students and 165 faculties have witnessed the book exhibition with great enthusiasm and interest on both the days (on 28/03/2019 Students 119 nos. & Staffs 86 nos. and on 29/03/2019 Students 120 nos. & Staffs 79 nos.) details mentioned below;

There were 3 publishers/Distributors who had displayed their collections on various areas of Medical and allied subjects (Publishers/Distributors: Jaypee, Elsevier & Wolters Kluwer and Kiran Book House). Each department faculty members have suggested latest editions of textbooks/reference books to their discipline for the teaching orientation and students benefit to procure the same. The same list is submitted to the Dean, RRMCH for the recommendation of purchase of the same immediately.
