REPORT ON BOOK TALK
Central Library, RajaRajeswari Medical College & Hospital had organized a “Book Talk” on 11th of April 2018 between 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at Smart Class Room, 4th Floor, College Building. This program was organised in order to convince & educate the students and faculties towards use of latest released books by the concerned author.
Dr. D. L. Ramachandra, Medical Director, Rajarajeswari Medical College & Hospital have written three books …..
(1) Clinical Signs & Symptoms: Pathophysiology & Management
(2) Concise book on Geriatric Medicine
(3) Essentials of Hospital Management and Administration.
He beautifully explains in the books, coverage of information, quality of the contents/chapter wise topics & how these text books are useful & beneficial to the medical professionals including students. Nearly 52 Students & Faculty members (34 faculty members, 4 Post Graduate Students, 6 Internship Students & 8 UG Students) have witnessed the program. The program concluded with full success.
REPORT ON ORIENTATION WORKSHOP HELD
The Central Library, RRMCH had organized, “Orientation Workshop” on 11th of April 2018 between 11:00 am – 12:00 pm in Smart Class Room, 4th Floor, College Building on “Clinical Key End-Users Awareness & Runs on Mobile App” programme to access and download of e-resources through HELINET Consortium, RGUHS – Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka. Speech was given by Mr. Nitheen Patric Customer Engagement Manager, Elsevier Science – Clinical Key. He detailed about Clinical Key: E-Books, E-Journals, Drug/Monograms, Guidelines, Patient Education, Clinical Reviews, Multimedia & Procedures consult and how to register for Mobile App to access & download for Clinical Key e-Resources. The programme was attended by nearly 52 Students & Faculty members (34 faculty members, 4 Post Graduate Students, 6 Internship Students & 8 UG Students) are witnessed for the program success.
