Department of Orthopedics has organized a CME on Title: Musculo Skeletal Oncology Date ; 15.12.2021 Time: 2:00 pm Venue: Kadamba Hall (College Auditorium) Speaker: Dr Suman Byregowda, Consutant, Musculoskeletal Oncology N. H. ALL ARE CORDIALLY INVITED Department of Orthopedics, Raja Rajeshwari Medical College and Hospital in coordination with Narayana Health City, Bangalore hosted a CME on “Musculo-skeletal Oncology” at Kadamba Hall ( college auditorium) on 15th December 2021. The talk was headed by Dr. Suman Byregowda, a young soft spoken distinguished surgeon of exemplary mettle. He has been doing exceptionally well in the field of musculoskeletal oncology. After completing his M.B.B.S from J.S.S medical college, Mysore and post graduation from Bangalore medical college and research institute, he pursued his fellowship in his field of interest from the prestigious Tata memorial hospital, Mumbai. He has also honed himself in navigator Tumor surgeries and complex pelvic tumor surgeries from Royal Orthopedic Hospital, Birmingham, U.K. He is an renowned figure with several feathers up in his golden hat. It was a privilege to have him and to attend his talk on – (Doctor’s sweat and Patient’s blood – Pelvic tumor Data whoops, surgeries ); A well stitched and informative session which he had complied with interesting cases he had come across till date. The session was attended by the esteemed panel of orthopedic surgeons, anesthesiologists, radiologists, senior residents and junior residents from Raja Rajeshwari Medical College and Hospital, Bangalore. The talk was really interactive and insightful which helped broaden the horizons of knowledge regarding the management of complex pelvic tumors and their effective management. The Guest was felicitated by the Department of Orthopedics, RRMCH. The program was concluded with a vote of thanks and a high tea.
