CME on World Down Syndrome Day: Navigating Genetic Testing
The Department of Anatomy at Rajarajeswari Medical College & Hospital hosted a Continuing Medical Education (CME) program on 22nd March 2025, in observance of World Down Syndrome Day (21st March). The event focused on the theme “Navigating Genetic Testing: Recognizing Clues, Choosing Tests, & Decoding Results,” offering valuable insights into the application of genetic testing in clinical practice.
The program was inaugurated by Dr. Shruthi BN, Professor and Head of the Department of Anatomy, who warmly welcomed the attendees and set the tone for the day’s proceedings. The session also featured a comprehensive introduction of the guest speaker, Dr. Padmalatha, Assistant Professor in the Department of Anatomy.
