Dr. Akshay Samagani Delivers Keynote Address at LEGALCON National Conference

It is proud to announce that Dr. Akshay Samagani, Assistant Professor, Department of Dermatology, RRMCH represented the institution at a prestigious national platform on 28 February 2026.

Dr. Samagani visited INS Kadamba, India’s largest naval base located in Karwar, where he delivered a keynote address at the LEGALCON National Conference. The conference was attended by senior officers from the Army, Navy, and Air Force, making it a distinguished gathering of defence leadership and medical professionals.

His address on “Essentials of Safe and Ethical Practice of Medicine” highlighted the importance of professional integrity, medico-legal awareness, patient safety, and ethical responsibility in contemporary medical practice. The session was well received and appreciated for its clarity, relevance, and practical insights.

The event was graced by Surg Vice Adm Arti Sarin,AVSM, VSM, Director General Armed Forces Medical Services, adding further distinction to the occasion.
