International Day of Yoga 2026

The 12th International Day of Yoga takes place on June 21, 2026, centred around the theme “Yoga for Wellness, Wisdom, and World Peace”. In the lead-up to the main event, the Ministry of Ayush has launched nationwide initiatives, including 100-day countdown campaigns such as Yoga 365 and the Yoga Sangam portal. Promotes physical and mental wellness worldwide.
