International Women’s Day Celebration 2023

Commemorating ‘Internationa Women’s Day’ on 8th March 2023 all the teaching and non-teaching women employees from RajaRajeswari Group of Institutions are campaigning ‘PINKATHON” as a part of women’s day celebration to raise awareness for Breast and Cervical Cancer. “Pinkathon” – a walkathon by the women employees of RRGI (Both Teaching and non – teaching) was initiated to create awareness about Breast Cancer and Cervical Cancer amongst the public. A well-known artist Ms. Bharthi Hegde flagged off for the walkathon. Thousands of women employees of RajaRajeswari Group of Institutions wearing pink clothes with green ribbon walked from Jayanna Circle, RR Nagar to main gate of RajaRajeswari Nagar Arch. A skit about the Breast cancer and Cervical ancer was staged inside the Gopalan Arcade Mall. A flash mob also was staged in Gopalan Arcade Mall. “Free Mammography an pap smear tests Screening” will be done free for a week for the public (women) at RajaRajeswari Hospital.
