Mortality Meet for the Month of September-2016

Mortality meeting for the month of September 2016 will be held on 2nd September 2016 at 2:30 pm at College Auditorium. (Kadamba Hall).

The following three cases will be discussed :-

a) Mrs. Sundnanda 21 years/ Female I.P No:- 6445. By the department of OBG. Date of Death: 27/02/16.
b) Mrs. Thimmakka 60 years/ Female I.P No:- 18959. By the department of Surgery. Date of Death: 25/05/16.
c) Mr. Manu Kumar 23 years/ Male I.P No:- 23147. By the department of Surgery. Date of Death: 14/06/16.
