National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers, abbreviated as NABH, is a constituent board of Quality Council of India, set up to establish and operate accreditation programme for healthcare organizations. Formed in 2005, it is the principal accreditation for hospitals in India.
World Kindness Day is an international observance on
13th November. It was introduced in 1998 by the World Kindness Movement, a coalition of nations’ kindness NGOs. It is observed in many countries, including Canada, Australia, Nigeria and the United Arab Emirates. Singapore observed the day for the first time in 2009.
World Pneumonia Day provides an annual forum for the world in the fight against pneumonia. More than 100 organizations representing the interests of children joined forces as the
Global Coalition against Child Pneumonia to hold the first World Pneumonia Day on 12 November 2009.
Every year, the 10th of November is observed as
International Day of Public Transport to raise awareness of the negative environmental effects of increasing traffic density and to motivate people to use public transportation and conserve fuel.
National Legal Services Day is observed every year on
9th November to commemorate the commencement of Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 which came into force on 9th November, 1995. On National Legal Services Day, legal awareness camps are held by State Legal Services Authorities across the country to apprise people about the availability of free legal aid.
In 2023, the global cancer community commemorates
World Cancer Day, on February 4, with the slogan
“Close the care gap”, and the call to unite our voices and take action.
Infant Protection Day is observed on
November 7th. It’s all about the protection and development of infants at the most vulnerable time of their life, up to one year old.
World Tsunami Awareness Day is an annual event held on
5 November to raise awareness of the dangerous effects of tsunamis and the importance of tsunami preparedness and early warning of tsunamis. It was first established in 2015 by United Nations General Assembly Resolution 70/23.

Mortality Meeting was conducted on
18/10/2023. Two cases were discussed from Department of General Medicine and cases were examined and the session was chaired by
(Dr. Krishna M V, Dr. Kiran B R, Dr. Rekha N H, Dr. Rangalakshmi and Dr. Archana B R). The meeting was attended by more than
150 clinical staff and Residents. The meeting was spearheaded by our Medical superintendent
Dr. Praveen Kumar.
