School Health Camp at Eurokids, Doddabele

A School Health Camp was conducted at EuroKids, Doddabele on 14 March 2026. The camp was organized by the school management in association with Rajarajeswari Medical College and Hospital (RRMCH).

The program was conducted under the guidance of Dean – Dr. Satyamurthy, Medical Superintendent – Dr. Praveen, and Head of the Department of Community Medicine – Dr. Srividya V.
The camp was coordinated by Dr. Sridevi Kulkarni (Assistant Professor), Dr. Vinay Kumar (Assistant Professor), Dr. Anto Joseph (PG Resident), and Dr. Surekha Nagaraj (PG Resident).

Faculty members and postgraduate residents from the departments of Paediatrics, Ophthalmology, ENT, and Dentistry from Rajarajeswari Medical College actively participated in the health screening.
Parents were guided to create their ABHA ID before proceeding for the camp. The children attended the camp accompanied by their parents, who were also counselled regarding their children’s health and well-being.
The health camp started at 10:00 AM and continued until 1:00 PM. Transport facilities were arranged by RRMCH for the medical team.

Screening Details
Total number of children screened (Paediatrics, ENT, Ophthalmology, Dentistry): 39
Dental Findings: Children diagnosed with Dental Caries and referred to Rajarajeswari Dental College (RRDC) for restoration: 17
Other Observations
• Speech Delay – 1
• Underweight – 3
• Delay in Social Skills – 1


Parents of the identified children were counselled regarding the findings and advised on appropriate follow-up and care.
The School Health Camp concluded successfully with active participation from the medical team, school management, children, and their parents.
