Skills Training Workshop
A Skills Training workshop was conducted at Rajarajeswari Medical College and Hospital (RRMCH) on 17/05/2026, in skill lab.

The event was inaugurated by Dr.Ambareesha . M , HOD Emergency Medicine, and Dr.Sahajananda.H, NABH Coordinator of RRMCH.
The program witnessed enthusiastic participation from Postgraduate students & staff.
Training Details:
Skills work shop conducted on key life saving skills as mentioned below
1. Inter costal Drainage ( ICD)
2. Surgical Cricothyrotomy
3. Airway : Basic & Advanced
4. Needle Decompression
5. Stop the Bleed ( STB)
6. Intraosseous(I.O) injection.
The sessions were led by ATLS-certified instructors from various locations, who provided hands-on training and theoretical insights as per the latest ATLS Protocols .
Each session concluded with both a hands on practice with scenario based discussions , and participants issued with certificates.
The workshop was a significant step towards enhancing emergency response capabilities and resuscitation skills among healthcare professionals, aligning with global standards in emergency care.
