Department of Anatomy is observing “World Anatomy Day”

This was a blended event with combination of a Neuro-Artt, The talk followed by felicitation to few donors. The aim of the program was to acknowledge the donors for their generosity in donating their body for medical study.
The program commenced with the inauguration by lamp lighting with an invocation song. Dr. Shruthi B N, HOD, Dept of Anatomy welcomed the gathering. This was followed by a talk of Mr. Kushal Jayaram, student of 1st MBBS on body donation and its importance . Invited registered body donors were felicitated. Prize distribution was done to winners of Neuroart -2021. Dean Dr. Sathyamurthy sir addressed the gathering and the program was concluded with Vote of Thanks by Dr. Bharathi. Nearly 250 students and dignitaries participated in the program.
