World Prematurity Day Celebration 2025

The Department of Pediatrics & Neonatology, RRMCH, observed World Prematurity Day 2025 on 28th November 2025 with the global theme “Strong Start for a Hopeful Future.” The event brought together families of preterm NICU graduates, faculty, and staff to celebrate the resilience and progress of babies born prematurely.
Event Highlights
The program began with a formal inauguration ceremony, featuring the watering of a plant symbolizing growth and hope, followed by a theme-based cake cutting. The ceremony was graced by:
