26th Interns Orientation Program

26th Batch Interns Orientation Program was organized by department of Microbiology on 15/09/2022 from 10am to 1pm in Demo Room, Microbiology. The Program was started with welcome speech by Dr. Prakash R Professor of Microbiology. He congratulated and advised interns regarding roles and responsibilities of Indian Medical Graduate. Later the 1st talk was done by Dr. Rekha N H, Professor of General Medicine regarding the case sheet writing and taking consent. Followed by Dr. Anil J, Assistant Professor of Pathology, talk on the Do’s and don’ts while sample collection and transportation for lab investigations and Dr. Yashaswini M K, Associate Professor of Microbiology, talk on infection control practices and BMW management. Vaccination status of interns was documented. Oral feedback was taken after the program. Around 30 interns attended the program. Then the program was concluded by vote of thanks from Dr. Yashaswini M K followed by high Tea.
