Dr. A. C. Shanmugam Attends as Chief Guest and is Felicitated at Bengaluru
Dr. A. C. Shanmugam, Founder and Promoter of the RajaRajeswari Group of Educational Institutions, was felicitated by M S S High School Management, Prakash Nagar, Bengaluru, during its Silver Jubilee Celebrations held on July 18, 2026.
The event marked the inauguration of the newly constructed Educational Annexure Building and included scholarship distribution, reflecting its continued commitment to educational and social development.
The function was graced by Sri R. Ramalinga Reddy, Hon’ble Minister for Water Resources, Major and Medium Irrigation, Government of Karnataka, who presented the Citation of Felicitation to Dr. A. C. Shanmugam in recognition of his outstanding contributions to education, public service, and nation-building. The programme was presided over by Sri A. Narasimhan, President of Mudaliyar Seva Sangam.
The felicitation recognized Dr. Shanmugam’s visionary leadership in establishing premier institutions offering quality education in Arts, Science, Commerce, Law, Engineering, Nursing, Pharmacy, Management, and Medical Sciences, thereby empowering thousands of students. His lifelong belief that “Education is the greatest instrument of social transformation” continues to inspire students, educators, and society at large.
In his acceptance address, Dr. Shanmugam expressed his sincere gratitude for the honour and congratulated the school on completing 25 years of dedicated service to education and community development. He also distributed free notebooks to government school students as part of the celebrations, reaffirming his commitment to supporting quality education for all.
