ProQuest Training Programme
The Department of Library and Information Centre had organized Training Programme from ProQuest (Medical & Health Collection) topic on, “Effective Utilization of ProQuest Resources to facilitate your Medical Research & Learning” by Srijith Sasidharan Training & Consulting Partner, ProQuest – Asia Specific Region on 06th of May 2022 between 11:00AM – 12:00PM(Noon) at Kadamba Hall, Ground Floor, College Block, RRMCH. Totally 62 (30 Faculty Members and 32 Post Graduate Students) attendees have attended the programme. The Speaker during the session he has highlighted, as to How ProQuest (Medical & Health Collection) resources are benefitted to facilitate Medical Research & Learning activities to our faculty members and post graduate students.
– How various data searches can be searched at one platform like; Dissertations/Thesis topic search, Keywords search and etc..
– Specific search options; like, Assignments, Project, Research Paper, Teaching and etc;
– Access points (1) IP Enable Access & (2) Remote Access.
– Benefits of 4 Databases, (Basic Search, Advance Search, Publications & Databases) like;- Search Tips from Basic Search, From Advance search relevant information & comparative searches, My Account Create, Use & other save options, Publications/Titles wise searches.
