The Rajarajeswari PG Teaching Program 2026 was a premier academic initiative organized by the Department of Orthopaedics , Rajarajeswari Medical College & Hospital (RRMCH), Bengaluru, with the objective of providing comprehensive postgraduate education in Orthopaedics. The program was designed to enhance clinical knowledge, improve decision-making skills, and keep postgraduate students updated with clinical concepts and evidence-based practices in Orthopaedic surgery.
This one-day academic event brought together eminent Orthopaedic surgeons, experienced academicians, and distinguished guest faculty from across Karnataka to deliver insightful case-based discussions, and interactive teaching sessions. Participants had the opportunity to engage with experts, clarify clinical concepts, and gain practical knowledge relevant to clinical based examinations and day-to-day patient care.
The event witnessed an overwhelming academic response further enriched by presence and support of eminent dignitaries
including Dr. Bharath K. Kadadi,
(President of the Bangalore Orthopaedic Society (BOS)) , and Dr. Bharath Raju G., (President of the Indian Medical Association (IMA), Bengaluru) whose participation added value to the academic proceedings.
The programme was organized under the leadership of Dr. Gopinath K. M , Professor and Head of the Department of Orthopaedics, who served as the Organising Chairman. The event was conducted under the patronage of A. C. Shanmugam, Chairman of RajaRajeswari Medical College, whose continued support has enabled the institution to adopt comprehensive clinical based learning and interactive discussions
The teaching program provided participants with an excellent platform to strengthen their understanding of core Orthopaedic concepts, update their knowledge on current evidence-based practices, and interact with experienced academicians and clinicians. Participants and clinicians also earned
2 Karnataka Medical Council (KMC) Credit Points and Participation certificates making the program academically rewarding and professionally beneficial.
