World Thyroid Day 2022

On the occasion of ‘World Thyroid Day 2022’ Department of Anatomy has organized a Poster Competition on Date: 25/05/2022 Time: 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm Venue: Kadamba Hall (College Auditorium) Department of General Medicine, RRMCH associating with Department of Endocrinology, RRMCH conducted a CME on “ World Thyroid Day” on 25th May 2022 at Kadamba Hall. The World Thyroid Day was established in 2008. It was launched by European Thyroid Association (ETA), and its sister organizations. The day was established with an aim to highlight the prevalence of thyroid diseases and to focus on the need to educate about the prevention of thyroid disease. This program was initiated mainly to teach post graduates and interns regarding the importance of observing this day and to get the latest guidelines for the treatment of thyroid disorders. The CME was attended by all the staff, post graduates and interns of the various departments.
